50 grams of carbohydrates per hour that went down smoothly, from the first test, via the red fruit effort drink. A rather discreet taste that didn't make me feel sick. I recommend. Thank you Mulebar

Very good gels. Not too sweet and no digestion problems. The only small downside, the shipping envelope was almost torn, I almost lost the gels.

A bit disappointed, not by the product that I couldn't test because the delivery was too long, 1 week. I will do my ultra with the products I bought but I will have to plan for products that I already know. Too disappointed.
