Rather happy, my daughter learns well even if some stories are a bit 'far-fetched' but it works. There are some bugs to validate questions on the phone (you often have to press several times). I recommend this method without screams and without tears as it could have been the case for my learning!

The shipment was quick and the box is complete. However, I had trouble reading the DVD on a PC and therefore did not use it. The first filmed video was very heavy to load via non-fiber network and kept cutting out, much to my daughter's dismay. No issues, however, with the animations that she likes a lot. Thank you for this method!

Fast delivery, no worries. Starting on the site was a bit complicated, the first explanatory video was impossible to read, it stopped every 10 seconds. The videos of the tables themselves are correct. Too bad the site is only accessible for a month, which is insufficient for my daughter (eight years old and multi dys) to learn all her tables. The customer service contacted me to see if everything was okay, they extended the access time to the site due to the problems encountered, great. It's difficult to learn 3 tables a day as recommended, in addition to homework (too much for my daughter). If I had to do it again, I would order during the holidays so she only has that to do. In the end, the method seems to work, even if it took more time than announced to learn them. And above all, it's no longer a punishment for her to learn her tables, she is the one asking to do Multimalin!

My package arrived at number 2 of my street, dropped behind a mailbox with letters while I live at 33.. The address was correctly written. Fortunately, I have nice and honest neighbors.

I would have liked the usernames and passwords to access the Multimalin videos to be sent directly to the email of the person I wanted to gift the complete Multimalin kit to.

I am sure the product is very good.. but I still have not received my package..

Did not find a tab to log in without going through the link received by email... I also did not understand that online access was time-limited, which is inconvenient for family organization, one cannot necessarily keep up with the pace of 15 days...

Still no package received!!! Order placed on April 29, 2022. I am redirected to the logistics platform which indicates that the package is being prepared!! Subsequently, the platform asks me for a bank account number! I am not asking for a refund but I want to receive my order!!!! The form from this platform raises questions!!!! They do not need my bank account number to send me a package!!

A more playful navigation with the multimalin characters would be very nice for the site. Otherwise, very good method adapted to my child who is happy to do his homework with multimalin!

I couldn't find the multiplication tables workbook alone. Even after sending the link, I tried to find it but impossible.

Some stories are harder to memorize than others but the tool as a whole is very well thought out and a great help!

I ordered because my son started learning his tables with a teacher who used this method last year and he is still reviewing them this year but with more difficulty, so he talked to me about the drawings they had in class last year, I searched and found it, my son approved and it will also be useful for his 2 little brothers later.

A website that is quite simple and clear. You can easily find the product you want to buy. The delivery to the relay point is correct regarding the delay.

A bit difficult to find the offer on Facebook. And the delivery was a bit late. Other than that, everything went well!

Good result my daughter enjoys learning, however upon reflection she would have preferred a real cartoon for each table and not having to systematically return to the homepage. I recommended it to several of my friends who also adopted it. It's really great, but you can still do better... best regards

After a first reception that had nothing to do with my order, I called to understand... Polite, helpful, and understanding operator. Error quickly corrected and package received within the week.

Order placed on 11/6 and in preparation since 11/8. It was supposed to arrive in 2 days... it is now 12/1 and despite the messages I have received no response. Non-existent customer service, we don't even know where to address to cancel the order. The method may be good but the customer service is worse than useless.

Hello, the status on the site is not updated, my order was still 'in preparation' while in fact the order had already arrived for several days. A little more and it would have gone back to you. Luckily I went to check just 'in case'

This method is practical, playful, and nice but should be used as a supplement or to remedy targeted difficulties, as the whole is very 'substantial'.

We are very satisfied with the multimalin kit, for now we are working with it and the children are very receptive.

The site is very well done, the delivery is fast and the content is very good.
