Price varies from simple to triple if you want to be on computer or tablet. Impossible to vary the supports which are however important to help with children's learning. Friendly customer service but does not help at all. If I had to do it again, I would not buy!

However, it is essential to explain well that the kit is large and that consequently the shipping package is also large and does not fit in a mailbox! Because I paid an extra cost for home delivery thinking it would fit. In the end, my package was dropped off at a Relay point (because the delivery person didn't bother to ring my doorbell even though someone was there). If I had been informed of the unexpected size of the package, I wouldn't have paid an extra cost.

The order was easy to place, however, I want to point out that your site is not secure because my card was hacked at the time of payment. Furthermore, during delivery, the products were loose in the box even though it was a gift pack for my niece; I had to wrap it in a small box so that the products would be presentable.

the person speaks too fast in the videos! My son has no learning problems, quite the opposite. In fact, we live in Mexico and his language of life outside the home has been Mexican for 5 years (he was about to turn 3 when he arrived). We only speak French at home but he lacks the learning of the rules of French. That's what we wanted with this course.
But I realize that the videos go too fast and even repeating them 10 times, for a child who is not in the French school system, it does not work as much as I would have thought.
Disappointed. It becomes a hassle to make him watch.
I still hope to have a click when we receive the physical books.
I had to download the videos to make him listen to them slowly. At least, the distorted voice makes him laugh
So, no, I am not satisfied and I would not recommend this product to others.
The price is far too high compared to what is obtained to help children.
