As we explain when you make the order, one of the product was out of stock, and we need to order it from the supplier in UK. In May, Uk was blocked by the Coronavirus, and that ´s why it take us 18 days to ship your order, instead of the 4-5 days announced on the web.

The foam has arrived with two pecks on the bottom. It was well packed and the box had no damage so I deduce that they were done before packing and subsequent shipment. I prefer to fill them before the wrapping to return the product and I hope more care for the future. On the other hand the box with the rest of materials has arrived in very bad condition, broken and half open, although the only damage has been that the resin cans have arrived dented but without bursting. I ask again for more care for the future.
