Hi Julian, Could you please give us more details about the reasons for your dissatisfaction on the second order? I have reviewed this second order for a LOST surfboard, I see that the announced deadline has been met. It was ordered on 3/05/2017 and delivered on 13/06/2017, with a lead time of 5 1/2 weeks for an advertised 4-6 weeks to manufacture.

I know that, in principle, it is not your fault, but the DUA has cost me 16. For this reason, and until this does not change, I will not go back to buying online with Spain. It's funny, the things that come from the USA, I usually do not go through customs.

After paying and accepting the shipping conditions I was informed that the material was not in stock. Page with the condition to receive the material in 48 hours. The material arrived approximately 10 days later.
I think it would have been fairer if I had been informed before paying that the material was not in stock. I would have been able to make the purchase elsewhere and receive the material on time. The material arrived in good condition.
