I ordered a polyurethane resin for repairs on the surfboard but it arrived hardened so I complained to them by whatsapp and they attended me very well but they sent me another can that was hardened I contacted them again and they sent me a third can with which they made a video opening it so I could see that it was not hardened. They sent it to me again by GLS but I was not at home so I got a message which I could not see because it was in the mail spam .... In short, it was quite an odyssey but I have to admit that they did their best to solve it and they did not abandon me at any moment.

The payment method selected in your order is "surf first and pay later". This is a payment method where payment is made 7 days after placing the order.
Sequra sent you an email notification to process the payment on the due date but you did not make it. So by not making the payment, Sequra adds a commission for non-payment.
