Indeed, there was a color error at the factory on your surfboard. As soon as we noticed it, we immediately restarted the production to deliver you the right board as soon as possible. We fully understand the frustration this may have caused, especially with the delays and exchanges involved.

Regarding the commercial gesture, the pad (grip) sent as compensation is a model from recognized and high-end brands like FCS or Channel Islands, used by many surfers for their quality and reliability. We are sorry if this did not meet your specific expectations (cover, accessories, stickers), it was not our intention to disappoint you.

As we have explained to you by email, the slightly yellowish or greenish tint of the H72-UV resin in liquid state is completely normal. This type of resin is not completely transparent until it hardens, at which point it becomes fully transparent.

This is a usual behavior of the product and does not indicate that it is in bad condition.

Hello Jose and thank you for your order. We can see that indeed there were two unsuccessful delivery attempts and yes, the third one succeeded.
Regarding the complaint, it was handled on the same day of the complaint and the problem was resolved very quickly by both parties, we hope everything has been resolved.

Regarding the price difference of 15€ for the model change, we could not absorb it since being such an economical bodyboard means that those 15€ are almost our profit margin.
