Customer service non-existent because when I make a complaint, it writes me 'error' and impossible to send an attachment. I managed to send a message via 'chat' to say that the product's material label did not match that of the ad and I received a disappointing response, they offer me a small patch as compensation (if it is sent of course) and no serious refund or compensation!
After ordering my postcard during the evening, I only received confirmation of my purchase late at night, around 02:30, so I only saw it the next day, which made me initially doubt the reliability of the site. Generally, I receive this confirmation immediately for my online purchases, accompanied by the presumed date when I can expect the ordered product. Right after ordering, I only received a response expressing your gratitude for creating a deposit at Musikmachine (THANK YOU FOR CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AT MUSIKMACHINE). I found that slightly concerning.

Packaging more than imitated. just a bubble wrap and a simple envelope. result: new box, but damaged, folded... in poor visual condition packaging in a box would have been more appropriate. for a collector's item, all value is lost...
Very little appreciated the fact of paying €6.80 for shipping for a shipment that cost barely €1.80 (it's a shame that it's written on the package huh) the information on the site is incomplete, we don't know for example if the patch is iron-on or not. There is even an error on the size of one of the patches!! I still give 2 stars because the patches are cool.
