Poor delivery, I had to call again to get my gift to its destination, but the customer service was efficient.

Don't promise 24 to 48 hours delivery when you're not sure of your delivery person. The parcel took 10 days to arrive! And what's more, I had ordered a Dinosaurs subject because it was available on the site, and it was only after payment that I was told it was no longer available... I had the choice between a refund (always complicated) and/or changing the subject... It's a pity because your product game was interesting ...

Very disappointed with the delivery: the parcel was left on our doorstep in the middle of the street, even though we're in the center of town. We could not have found it, it could have been faulty... for the price it's really disappointing! We haven't tested it yet. We bought it, thinking it would be a good solution for more peaceful nights. To be seen.

Product quality concerns, malfunctions.

Very bad experience. Ordered a monitor + videophone pack and received it without the videophone. Had to prove via calls/emails/photos to then receive videophone. The image is of very poor quality, even during the day. The image is very pixelated. I made a claim and was asked for photos, which I provided 2 times, and I was asked for new ones. Amazon has much better quality and much cheaper ones. I wouldn't recommend it.

Service and really suck I look to have bought from you a me to have an answer it's really abused and the problem never resolved, received the bed broken.

Alarm bracelet received with stains and noise of metal parts inside, told me it's normal the stains that it can happen and no response for the strange noise. I sent it back immediately the same day, and they refused to reimburse me for the 15 euros in postage by collissimo (heavy cardboard) on the pretext that it was a return on my part and not their fault! In short, they weren't serious, and didn't even offer to send me another bracelet, knowing that I'd paid 250 euros for something dubious to put on my 1-year-old baby's wrist! Very disappointed, especially as I'm a nanny care customer.

Very dissatisfied with the way my order was processed.order not processed and store charging without having sent the order.several calls to tell me that the order has been sent with no tracking number available... For a reason I do not know, on Thursday 27 at 11 H28new mail the parcel arrived at Tabal le cigal 36 rue vaubecour 69002 ???? and the final bouquet on Friday 28 at 11H13 the parcel arrived at Tabac presse 33 rue de la charité 69002,???? only on Friday not there, confirmation on Saturday 29th 11H05 that the parcel had arrived, living in the 7th arrondissement I had to cross Lyon to pick it up even though it was supposed to be delivered 300 m from my house. why pay 4.90€ for lousy transport. A gesture on your part to reimburse me for these costs would be appreciated, a refund and not a credit note, because I sincerely believe that I will not recommend your site.

The item sent to me is not the one I ordered

I had trouble ordering on your site, the item wouldn't go into the basket. I had to call customer service and create a customer account for it to work.

Changing unit with wrong drill holes, unusable, no response from after-sales service for a week.

Very disappointed with the babyphone, the parent monitor doesn't recharge, so it's not very useful.

Lack of information on the Nanny care monitor

I did not like how to use the article .... I'm not stupid yet ...When I point out that the product is non-compliant I wish I understood !!!!!

First of all I had to change the model of the product ordered after I had paid. Then my delivery (for a fee) was supposed to arrive between 24 and 48 hours, but it was postponed twice by the carrier.
