I had a problem with the delivery address, I wanted delivery to La Teste de Buch where the person I was giving this parcel to lives. I had ticked off a relay point on rue du Port in La Teste, but the parcel arrived at a relay point corresponding to my home address: the Vival store in Perilhac! The parcel was therefore sent from Cestas to Perilhac near Limoges, so that I was obliged to send it by post, at my own expense, back to La Teste near Cestas!When I placed my order, I found that it was very complicated to find the "point relais" checkbox. I even had to call Nanny Care, and someone explained to me where to find the "point relais" checkbox (it wasn't as intuitive as on other sites). I would have preferred if this person had suggested that I place my order directly with her over the phone, so I wouldn't have had to worry about delivery to the wrong place.

I changed the delivery address because it was not taken into account while I was on vacation.

Very good products, but delivery took a long time...

The Nanny monitor is top-notch and reassuring, but we took it with the Alecto Baby Phone camera, which really disappointed us! There's no battery life, and at times the screen doesn't receive the camera's signal. Despite the offer we got when we bought the monitor and the Baby Phone, if we'd known we'd have bought a brand other than Alecto.

I did not like how to use the article .... I'm not stupid yet ...When I point out that the product is non-compliant I wish I understood !!!!!

The site is very good. But when it comes to delivery, I have to pay 6€ for delivery and my parcel is in very bad condition. Fortunately the contents were not fragile.

Disappointed by the non-explicit photos of the 4-sided breathable bed towers.

On the other hand, when it comes to choosing delivery companies, DPD is not to be recommended. They deliver when they want and don't respect the delivery times announced. It's a real shame.

The product is what I expected and of good quality. However, I had a delivery problem: I had asked for colissimo delivery (i.e. by the French Post Office) so that I could have it delivered to my letterbox if I was absent. But my parcel was sent to me by the DPD carrier! So I had to be there to receive it! You can choose your delivery method, but why not respect it? It's a real shame...

My parcel was given to the neighbor without warning me and the signature was just a v with ok no name so anyone could have taken my parcel.

I received the wrong item, which I had already waited for longer than expected, and all I got was a request to send it back and wait again for the right one to be sent to me! How can I tell you that I don't have 3 months to kill for a baby monitor? It's so easy to look up a reference and send the right one! And assuming that to err is human, do you know what commercial gestures are??? In short, if you've got time to waste, you've found the IDEAL site!

Half of the order was wrong and after sending it back by post, I'm still waiting for the return...

delivery to a relay point registered by DPD, but nothing at the retailer's. no one in tel support at nanny care. what do we do?

The product is what we expected except that it is not normal to have a call from the deliveryman instead of leaving the co'is on the doorstep even if there are instructions in relation to the coronavirus a call does not hurt.

One product did not have the requested color: after a phone call I clarified that I did have the second product but it arrived again.

Site environment not always consistent

As for the site, nothing to complain about. On the other hand, although the parcel was impeccable, the packaging of the baby phone was damaged enough to cast doubt on the condition of the product, which was a birth gift. Fortunately, the baby phone works perfectly.

I received my item in 72 hours rather than 24-48 hours. Apart from that, the packaging is in good condition, all that's left is to plug it in and see if it works.

Solid barrier but impossible to clip in. I didn't send it back but I regret it.

Why advertise shipment in less than 24 hours if this is not the case? I ordered from you rather than elsewhere because I was in a hurry to receive the product, but in the end it didn't arrive as quickly as expected.

I think I've been scammed, the alarm clock doesn't work...

Broken alarm clock after a few days, the quality is not up to scratch and, above all, no feedback after I contacted them to find out what could be done.

Totally disappointed customer! Order still not received after several weeks and I receive no tracking information even though my order has been paid for!
