Product very good and very reassuring for the parents especially when baby sleeps on. The only drawback is that the plate is too small when baby moves. For our part, it doesn't detect baby in the whole bed.

Alarm bracelet received with stains and noise of metal parts inside, told me it's normal the stains that it can happen and no response for the strange noise. I sent it back immediately the same day, and they refused to reimburse me for the 15 euros in postage by collissimo (heavy cardboard) on the pretext that it was a return on my part and not their fault! In short, they weren't serious, and didn't even offer to send me another bracelet, knowing that I'd paid 250 euros for something dubious to put on my 1-year-old baby's wrist! Very disappointed, especially as I'm a nanny care customer.
