Having received a bad package: inclined plan instead of the nanny care monitor, I contacted customer service by phone. Very courteous reception. I then receive the return slip, I make the return asking them to send me the ordered product because I need to use it without delay. However, they do not send me the package immediately. It is not on its way either. The commercial gesture would have been to send the monitor at the moment the error was noticed considering that the inclined foam plan must have a much lower market value. I hope to receive the product as soon as possible because I find it very useful. Thank you for considering this review.

The 3D fabric of the bumper is indeed intentionally thin, as it is breathable.
However, even with this thin material, the bumper is designed to prevent the baby from passing their arm or leg between the bars, thus avoiding pinching or uncomfortable awakenings.
We understand that this may be surprising if one expects a "cushion" effect, but the design priority remains primarily breathability.

The idea is good but the module is way too bright even in the dark we had to cover all the blinking LEDs with tape and you can still see it through which sometimes wakes up the baby or its parents. And while I never asked to be subscribed to newsletters and I have already unsubscribed from several spam emails I still receive them which is illegal.

The malfunction of the night mode that you are experiencing may indeed be affected by the presence of a light source near the unit, namely:
an infrared camera placed too close or directed directly at the monitor,
or a night light that is too bright, even if the room seems dark to the naked eye.
We advise you to check these elements and, if possible, to move or reorient the infrared camera and/or reduce the brightness of the night light to allow the light sensor of the monitor to function properly.
Please keep us informed after this test, and of course, if the problem persists, we remain at your complete disposal to assist you.
