very satisfied with the fast shipping (DHL), the dog basket seems to be of good quality - but unfortunately my dog refuses to use it, I think the reason is the fact that there is a just border on two sides... too bad.

Unfortunately, we cannot fully understand your comment as you have not provided any information about the mattress you have or its size. If you have a folding mattress from another manufacturer, our cover may not fit and this is understandable. It is not our fault that you have chosen the wrong size of cover for your mattress.

The return costs are also clearly regulated. We do not charge any additional fees for the product, so the customer returning the goods bears the costs themselves. This complies with the statutory provisions for returns for online purchases.
