The customer service at Nauticmar is excellent. I received a defective board and they replaced it without any problem. Fast delivery. I haven't tried the board yet, but I was a bit disappointed with the quality in relation to the initial price.

I bought a Zray X2 board, after waiting a week they tell me they have no stock, I request a refund, I had to contact them several times to get it back, after waiting two days for them to refund me, they have not reimbursed the total cost of the board. Very deficient service.

Product for sale on the page that they did not have in stock, so I recommend calling them before buying to confirm they have the product. However, they contacted me to offer me another similar one or to wait for them to restock. I chose to wait because I wasn't in a hurry and in a few days the product arrived correctly. I would buy again.

I was looking for a faster and more agile board than the one I had. I think I was well advised. It weighs more than I thought. I come from a larger and lighter board. Overall, it almost meets the expectations I was looking for. I will also buy the next one from you.
