The one I bought, which appeared available in lime color, was not available, they contacted me from the company to inform me and I finally acquired one in orange color. The attention was kind and correct. As compensation, they gave me two life jackets. At this point, a 10, the truth. There was no notice of that configuration change during the purchase process, nor alternatives for seat options. Regarding the Kayak, Long Wave Eagle, the truth is that it looks quite quality. The fit between the pieces is very tight and with the closures, it does not seem that it should flex in waves. It is even difficult to disassemble it. Still untested, but it seems more reasonable to assemble it where there is no sand so that it does not interfere with the fit, especially if it is thick. Documentation of the product is missed. You don't even know where it is manufactured, nor is there a user manual, care instructions, or warranty documentation. Requested from the seller if it is available in PDF, they inform that they do not have it. In summary, the product seems to meet what it promises, but the purchase process is not very transparent. In any case, I emphasize that the attention of the staff is considerate, kind, and correct.

Good morning, on the first use the top part came off, but since it does not affect navigation the manufacturer does not provide a warranty. They told us that if we were 'handy' we could glue it ourselves. We will leave it like that because if we use an 'inappropriate' glue we will lose the 'navigation' warranty. Regards

I placed an order on June 11, they told me it would be ready by the end of that month, then mid-July, and so far nothing, they also don't answer the phone or respond to my emails. It is already paid, I hope it gets resolved, well and soon.

It is a very versatile board having a considerable size in a reduced space but it suffers from having marks when folded in half to roll up. It is necessary to use the empty side of the pump to leave the board almost empty to be able to fold it and fit it in the transport bag, which is quite tight. I find the paddle a bit short at 1.80m and only extends to 1.90m when other models reach about 2.10m. The board is very fast with good glide and easy to maneuver.

The delivery is "at street level" so the product has to be taken up to the floor. The delivery of the product is delayed by more than a month from the delivery time indicated on the website.
