I'm very disappointed, I paid 380€ and the product didn't straighten my hair! it's just a treatment! at the hairdresser's I pay 250€ for the service and my hair stays straight for at least 4 months. I thought I'd save money by using the bottle several times, but since it doesn't work, I've lost 380€. Please find a solution or compensation.
