The bird earrings are tiny! I had looked at the dimensions, but obviously, you forgot to note how very, very thin they are! Really, I am very, very disappointed; I will no longer order from you. However, the other pair is fine.

Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot of my order because I received no confirmation email and the order arrived incomplete: 2 out of 5 items missing. I had to send an email (thanks to the screenshot for justification) and several follow-ups to receive them. No commercial gesture, even after my request. Disappointing. I will no longer order from Nerina because it’s too complicated. It’s a shame because the jewelry was nice.

Jewel slipped into a simple pouch, it would have been more qualitative if it was presented in a box. No indication of the guarantee or the material (when you give the jewel as a gift, it's better to have an explanatory card than to have to go to the site and see the price of the gift!) I find the zodiac necklace shinier gold on the site because when I received it I was disappointed to see it so bland! Too bad it's not worth the price I paid.
