I have been a loyal customer for several years. I was looking for teapots and tea caddies. I found what I was looking for at NIPPON & Co. Ceramic teapots in various capacities with handles and "mobile" filters. Metal tea tins, choosing dominant colors according to the aroma of the tea contained. I called customer service to find out which filters I would need for a replacement stock. The person I spoke to gave me good advice and a charming welcome! Thières, tea boxes, matcha, prints, are perfectly packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. The fast delivery time was always respected. I can only recommend this serious seller, whose site is easy to navigate. The price/quality ratio is just right. That's why I've been a loyal customer for several years!
