As the return period was very short, I was unable to return the shoes because I was only able to offer them this week and they don't fit, so they won't be used and I've lost 42 euros. Very disappointed, and it's a shame because I would have liked some items on your site, but as a result, I won't be recommending them.

Hello, At first glance, I was satisfied with the speed of delivery and the quality of the product. However, I'm very unhappy not to have received a reply to my exchange request due to an incorrect size. I have sent two messages asking how to return the item and receive another and have not received a reply. What's more, the returns process is not accessible on the site, even though it says that a product can be returned for 14 days. This period is about to expire and I have not been offered anything. The kettle arrived without a filter and despite my complaint, the solution they offered me was to return it. Of course the shipping costs were paid by me.
