I gave a mini punk top to my nephew, very happy. My 11-year-old daughter made (with me) a very good Minipunk box and is very happy. I am doing the Mécanigma, very meticulous but exciting, lacking some precision on the parts to be varnished. At a certain stage, it is indicated to varnish all the parts, but only some parts are small blocking pegs and we have to sand them to insert them because of the varnish layer.

Smaller than I'd imagined for the price, and delivered straight from the box without a storage box, which could be used as a gift, perhaps with a user manual, even if the aim is to discover the logic yourself.

Very good puzzle in general. Very well done guide. Laser cutting sometimes burned the wood inside. Disappointed that wood glue was required, whereas Rokr and others only use mortise and tenon joints.

I loved putting the puzzle together with my 6-year-old son. I just found that the different pieces were a bit difficult to detach from their support. I was afraid of breaking them, and even with a cutter it wasn't easy. But my son loves it.

The box is very well designed. However, some of the instructions are a little simplistic. The book is not read in logical order. A problem with the strong glue that no longer sticks (probably too old). Pleasantly surprised by the laser cutters, the quantity of material supplied was more than sufficient.

Received promptly and delivered as ordered. One small part broke a little during assembly, but this was certainly due to the person who did the assembly, as everything seems precise and well finished. Would recommend.

Hello, I bought 4 items, the minipunk, the pyramido, the silvercity and the scriptum. All in kit form to assemble myself. For the moment, I've only assembled the first 3. General comments: the explanations are clear and precise. On the downside, extracting the parts can be dangerous, and I've had a few breakages. As for the minipunk, I had a lot of trouble fitting almost all the parts, especially the main hinge parts for the opening. What's more, it's impossible to force the parts, which are very long and thin at this point, and risk breaking them. I wasn't able to fit all the parts marked 5. As a result, the 16 covers didn't fit together, so I had to dig them out with a scalpel.

Fast service, the package was in order. However, I have the same problem with all my orders. Please find a delivery service that includes customs clearance, they add $18-25 per order for customs processing plus taxes.

Good product, but when I opened the parcel on the day I received it, I noticed that on one side of the plates 6 to 12, the wood looks as if it's been dampened (black spots can be seen (especially on plate 11)): I hope these spots won't be visible during assembly. Otherwise, the product is very well packaged.

Great model, but a little short on 3D printing. Finishing not always precise. Some of the lacquered wooden parts were no longer suitable, and sanding them afterwards gave a borderline appearance. But it's a pleasure to get to the end and I'm so proud.

The wooden parts are of very good quality, and the laser cuts are very clean. The 3D-printed parts are more complicated to work with, as they are prone to drips and blobs. My fitter, who has over 50 years' experience in assembling models in plastic, wood, etc., felt that additional views would have been useful at certain stages of assembly. Sometimes you have to play a guessing game to figure out where certain parts go, and if my assembler hadn't done a few blank assemblies, the puzzle would have ended up in the garbage can. The assembly is not suitable for a novice. On a positive note, the technical aspect of opening this puzzle is brilliant.

I received the parcel by mondial relay, without any extra cost. I had a few difficulties with the assembly, especially with the fitting of the small tenons into the holes provided, and I had to chamfer them to ensure that they engaged properly and that the final fit was correct. Sometimes you have to force the pieces together to avoid any irregularity in the final appearance, without breaking or damaging any parts. The result is magnificent.

I think that your products are well designed and well made. I have no quality concerns with what I'd received. Only reason it's not 4 or 5 stars is pricing. I understand that your designs are proprietary and take talent and time - however there are sometimes similar products available cheaper.
