The site is good and clear. My only downside to this purchase was the delivery. Planned and confirmed to be delivered by Mondial Relay to the relay point next to my house, it was finally moved without consulting me to another relay point at the other end of town.

The product is not finished. One of the 2 outside pockets is still sewn and an inside pocket is missing. Order placed on Saturday, processed on Tuesday some sites are faster. This is my first order on this site, a little disappointed but that can happen. I'm waiting to see the after-sales service and return policy, which will make the difference. I hope to have a bag that corresponds to the description on the site.

After checking, the photo of the item ordered seems to be in conformity with our order, but it is quite possible that, depending on the lighting settings and the quality of the graphics card of the device you use to view the objects on the web, there may be a difference with the real color. We therefore advise you, if you can, to view the items on 2 PCs or smartphones, especially when it comes to colors such as Camel, Cuero or Natural, whose nuances vary enormously depending on the lighting.
