Everything was perfect, I found on the site THE backpack to put under the plane seat of the most restrictive airlines: even smaller than for Ryanair, and very functional and roomy. Received very quickly, the gift package was extremely neat and the little card beautifully written, I thank you very much ?? ! Just a small detail on the closure of the bag there is a small deep scratch. It's not very noticeable and I'm likely to make some myself in the future when wearing the bag, so it's not too serious, even if I'd have preferred tissue paper to protect the metal parts.

I bought a designer bag on special offer. At first I was afraid it was a scam, but I was reassured when I saw the verified reviews.
