Hello, I placed an order with Noix d'Arec and everything was perfect, I just wanted to say that. I called before ordering to get some information about my order before placing it and the person who answered was very nice (with a lovely southern accent by the way!!😃). Her explanations were very clear and everything went exactly as she explained it to me. Fast delivery in a relay point, I recommend 200%.

We are satisfied with the processing of the order. The satchel was a little expensive for a model from the old collection. It was on sale for 55€ on the brand's website, but has since sold out. I received my bag. I appreciate if the bag would be taken care before transporttion. The bag doesnt look shining and smooth. The other thing is there is no refund receipt in case of returning or refunding.
