Madam, you can see for yourself that we don't only publish positive reviews. In fact, we sometimes make mistakes, and in general we try to improve our services and do everything we can to fix them. However, in your case, the mistake was really your fault, since you entered both delivery and billing addresses yourself when you placed your order, and didn't inform us of this error afterwards. We are sincerely sorry, but we cannot assume the consequences of a data entry error on your part. We have sent you all the supporting documents proving our good faith (order form, customer account statement, etc.), and after testing all the site's functions, we have found no fault with the system. As errors can also sometimes be human, this may be due to a simple oversight on your part!
