Hello, your order placed on December 19th and dispatched on December 20th is currently being delivered by Chonopost la poste. You can track your parcel on the Chronopost website, which proves that it has been delivered to your destination post office. We do our utmost to process orders as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays in the delivery of parcels once they have been deposited in post offices or Chronopost relays. Hello, your order was placed on the 14th at 9:18pm, shipped on the 17th in accordance with our terms and conditions "any order placed after 2pm will be processed the next day, the preparation time of your order may vary between 24 and 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). " you have chosen a delivery with Mondial Relay in 3 to 5 working days from pick-up for delivery in mainland France. Hello and thank you for your opinion. Lancaster does not supply fabric pouches for the Maya and Basic lines, but all leather bags do.

I ordered a bag as a Christmas present and asked for it to be wrapped. When I received the parcel, I thought I was getting a simple gift bag like the competition, but I received the bag wrapped entirely in gift paper. I'm very happy with my purchase. I recommend it! Fast delivery too!
