The purchase was not to my liking, customer service replied very quickly to my e-mail and the refund was made within the time limit. The only negative point is that I had to pay the return costs myself, if I had to do it again I would make the purchase via Paypal in order to guarantee an eventual free return. I recommend this site for its seriousness.

Hello and thank you for your opinion, we do indeed ship items free of charge when the amount of the basket is greater than or equal to 40. You benefited from the first markdown of the sales when you placed your order, i.e. a reduction of 30% off the recommended retail price of the Lancaster brand. Your basket was therefore less than 40, which is why you contributed to the cost of shipping your parcel. Return shipping is always at the customer's expense, as specified in our general terms and conditions of sale. We do our utmost to satisfy our customers, but our SME status (less than 20 employees in 8 stores in Occitanie) does not allow us to compete with the big firms who ship at a loss.
