Received very quickly, the gift package was extremely neat and the little card beautifully written, I thank you very much ?? ! Just a small detail on the closure of the bag there is a small deep scratch. It's not very noticeable and I'm likely to make some myself in the future when wearing the bag, so it's not too serious, even if I'd have preferred tissue paper to protect the metal parts.

I bought a designer bag on special offer. At first I was afraid it was a scam, but I was reassured when I saw the verified reviews. Noix d'Arc is a serious site, the exchanges are fluid and the people reactive. I received my bag in a more than reasonable time, it was in its pouch and very well packaged. I recommend it at 300%.

The product is of very good quality, but unfortunately the delivery box was extremely damaged and the bag was slightly dented in two different places and unfortunately it was on the front. But I would buy from the site in the future without any problems.

If you notice this kind of problem during the delivery of an item, if you wish to obtain compensation or a refund, you must first file a claim with the carrier, then send us photos of your parcel and damaged item so that we can initiate the same procedure on our side. Our after-sales service will then take over and offer you repatriation of the damaged item, replacement in identical condition or compensation if you wish to keep the item. (This request must be made upon receipt of the parcel). Best regards.

You can track your parcel on the Chronopost website, which proves that it has been delivered to your destination post office.
