Hello and thank you for your message, in fact we try to process orders as soon as they are received, however, some orders require a little longer preparation time, which is why we indicate in our general conditions of sale on our site that "the preparation time for your order may vary between 24 and 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)." you should therefore always allow 1 to 2 working days for order processing and add to this the delivery time depending on the carrier chosen. The order was placed on 7/04 at 1:30 pm and shipped on 8/04 at 1:45 pm, the chosen carrier: chrono relais, your parcel should have been available at the relay point on 9/04 during the day, in your case there was indeed a delay of 12 hours at the level of the carrier, since your parcel was delivered on 10/04 at 10:30 am, we are sorry about this and advise all our customers to anticipate their purchases as much as possible in view of the health situation which does not facilitate the routing of parcels and their distribution. Hello and thank you for your message, this suitcase has a TSA code lock, so there's no key but a code that you have to personalize "A TSA combination lock can be recognized by the sliding knob with keyhole that you can move to the left or to the right. In most cases, the lock has a small arrow indicating which side you need to move the knob to. You don't need a key, as it's not included; it's only held by customs." if you're having trouble setting it up, don't hesitate to give us a call and we'll guide you. As far as packaging is concerned, no cover is supplied by the manufacturer and the suitcases are packed in a transparent plastic bag. We can assure you that this product has never been used and that we only sell brand-new items, but it is possible that traces of dust may have escaped us during packing.
