I quickly found the items I wanted by doing a search on the site. My parcel took 8 days from the time of payment to arrival at the relay. In addition to my orders, 2 small gifts were slipped into the parcel. A big thank you to Noix d'Arc. What's more, you've made someone happy - my daughter got the schoolbag she wanted, which we couldn't find anywhere else.

The bags arrived in excellent condition and were as lovely as they looked online. However, I awarded only two stars for the following reasons: the extortionate shipping fee (£~60) and the import duty/tax (£83.78), which although was my responsibility to know beforehand, Noix D'Arec didn't even think to inform me of this additional fee.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the bags but dissatisfied with the service.

Hello thank you for your opinion. Shipping costs are indeed expensive but unfortunately there is no other cheaper and reliable way to ship our products to the UK. When ordering, you were able to view these charges. As for taxes, they are characteristic for each country and we do not know the details and subtleties of each tax system, even more since Brexit. I hope that the discount of 39.50 euros that you took advantage of has softened the surcharges a little.
