After a telephone exchange, I appreciated the responsiveness and friendliness of the person in charge of the site. Sizes are indeed indicated in the description, even if the photos provided by the brands (in this case LANCASTER) can be misleading. Other models were offered as replacements, although they were quite different in style and color, and in the end I'd leave the choice to my wife. As for the deplorable delivery, that's the responsibility of chronopost and the indelicate delivery man ... unfortunately increasingly common.
