Hello thank you for your opinion. Shipping costs are indeed expensive but unfortunately there is no other cheaper and reliable way to ship our products to the UK. When ordering, you were able to view these charges. As for taxes, they are characteristic for each country and we do not know the details and subtleties of each tax system, even more since Brexit. You placed your order on Thursday 20/05, your parcel was delivered to the post office on Friday 21/05, Monday 24/05 was a public holiday, so delivery times are respected by the entire network. The order was placed on 7/04 at 1:30 pm and shipped on 8/04 at 1:45 pm, the chosen carrier: chrono relais, your parcel should have been available at the relay point on 9/04 during the day, in your case there was indeed a delay of 12 hours at the level of the carrier, since your parcel was delivered on 10/04 at 10:30 am, we are sorry about this and advise all our customers to anticipate their purchases as much as possible in view of the health situation which does not facilitate the routing of parcels and their distribution.
