The site is good and clear. My only downside to this purchase was the delivery. Planned and confirmed to be delivered by Mondial Relay to the relay point next to my house, it was finally moved without consulting me to another relay point at the other end of town.

We believe you spoke to our customer service team on the phone, who advised you to try and remove the stain with a damp cloth; they also made it clear that if the problem persisted, we would exchange the bag for you. Happy with the product, unfortunately I placed the order on Tuesday and only received it on Monday even though we pay for 48 hours. It was for a birthday so arrived late.

So either the photos are badly taken and don't really represent the product, or there was an error on my order.

After checking, the photo of the item ordered seems to be in conformity with our order, but it is quite possible that, depending on the lighting settings and the quality of the graphics card of the device you use to view the objects on the web, there may be a difference with the real color. We therefore advise you, if you can, to view the items on 2 PCs or smartphones, especially when it comes to colors such as Camel, Cuero or Natural, whose nuances vary enormously depending on the lighting.

Hello and thank you for your message. Indeed, on a tablet or PC screen, it's sometimes difficult to get an exact idea of the colors, especially the browns, which are different depending on the brightness setting of each screen, the quality of the graphics cards on each device, and the degree of exposure to artificial light during the shoot. As you can see, some shades are difficult to work with on canvas, and Lancaster's multi black is one of them. We understand your disappointment, but we are well aware of this problem, and we do our utmost to be as faithful as possible to the original colors of the products we sell.
