Return postage not paid. In short, 5 euros to receive and 5 euros to return, so avoid this site if you don't want to waste your money.

Hello and thank you for your opinion, we do indeed ship items free of charge when the amount of the basket is greater than or equal to 40. You benefited from the first markdown of the sales when you placed your order, i.e. a reduction of 30% off the recommended retail price of the Lancaster brand. Your basket was therefore less than 40, which is why you contributed to the cost of shipping your parcel. Return shipping is always at the customer's expense, as specified in our general terms and conditions of sale. We do our utmost to satisfy our customers, but our SME status (less than 20 employees in 8 stores in Occitanie) does not allow us to compete with the big firms who ship at a loss. We hope, however, that the speed with which your order is dispatched within 24 hours has given you complete satisfaction, and we look forward to hearing from you in order to improve the quality of our services.
