Indeed, on a tablet or PC screen, it's sometimes difficult to get an exact idea of the colors, especially the browns, which are different depending on the brightness setting of each screen, the quality of the graphics cards on each device, and the degree of exposure to artificial light during the shoot. As you can see, some shades are difficult to work with on canvas, and Lancaster's multi black is one of them. We understand your disappointment, but we are well aware of this problem, and we do our utmost to be as faithful as possible to the original colors of the products we sell.

Hello and thank you for your opinion, we do indeed ship items free of charge when the amount of the basket is greater than or equal to 40. You benefited from the first markdown of the sales when you placed your order, i.e. a reduction of 30% off the recommended retail price of the Lancaster brand. Your basket was therefore less than 40, which is why you contributed to the cost of shipping your parcel. Return shipping is always at the customer's expense, as specified in our general terms and conditions of sale. We do our utmost to satisfy our customers, but our SME status (less than 20 employees in 8 stores in Occitanie) does not allow us to compete with the big firms who ship at a loss.
