Below is a copy of the e-mail sent to the customer service department for a complaint: "Hello, I've just received my order at my vacation destination for my husband's birthday on August 1st. I chose your site because "French" knowing that on an English site I could have had 20% off! I am therefore disappointed with this 1st order, received quickly is a good point, but I had asked for gift wrapping and a birthday message knowing that being in vacation rental I have nothing on hand. When I opened the box, it was perfect for the toiletry bag, but nothing else, just a delivery note. I checked on my order in my customer account and it is well noted. Thank you for your feedback, cordially, Madame MILLOT" Same-day response, "yes, sorry, I forgot at the time of packing! " Yes, I noticed that, but it might have been a good idea to tell me that I'd be sent straight away with gift-wrapping and a card for a site that promotes serious French business!

"the preparation time of your order can vary between 24 and 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)" you must add the transport time to have an estimate of the delivery time: you have chosen colissimo 48/72h. As Friday July 14th was a public holiday, your parcel was delivered by the post office to the chosen relay point on Saturday July 15th. Delivery times are therefore respected, even if delivery was slowed by the weekend and public holiday that followed your order. We hope you will be completely satisfied with your article.
