The product is of very good quality, but unfortunately the delivery box was extremely damaged and the bag was slightly dented in two different places and unfortunately it was on the front. But I would buy from the site in the future without any problems.

If you notice this kind of problem during the delivery of an item, if you wish to obtain compensation or a refund, you must first file a claim with the carrier, then send us photos of your parcel and damaged item so that we can initiate the same procedure on our side. Our after-sales service will then take over and offer you repatriation of the damaged item, replacement in identical condition or compensation if you wish to keep the item. (This request must be made upon receipt of the parcel). Best regards.

Hello, your order was placed on the 14th at 9:18pm, shipped on the 17th in accordance with our terms and conditions "any order placed after 2pm will be processed the next day, the preparation time of your order may vary between 24 and 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). " you have chosen a delivery with Mondial Relay in 3 to 5 working days from pick-up for delivery in mainland France. Hello and thank you for your opinion. Lancaster does not supply fabric pouches for the Maya and Basic lines, but all leather bags do.
