Hello and thank you for your message, in fact we try to process orders as soon as they are received, however, some orders require a little longer preparation time, which is why we indicate in our general conditions of sale on our site that "the preparation time for your order may vary between 24 and 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)." you should therefore always allow 1 to 2 working days for order processing and add to this the delivery time depending on the carrier chosen. The order was placed on 7/04 at 1:30 pm and shipped on 8/04 at 1:45 pm, the chosen carrier: chrono relais, your parcel should have been available at the relay point on 9/04 during the day, in your case there was indeed a delay of 12 hours at the level of the carrier, since your parcel was delivered on 10/04 at 10:30 am, we are sorry about this and advise all our customers to anticipate their purchases as much as possible in view of the health situation which does not facilitate the routing of parcels and their distribution. However, in your case, the mistake was really your fault, since you entered both delivery and billing addresses yourself when you placed your order, and didn't inform us of this error afterwards. We are sincerely sorry, but we cannot assume the consequences of a data entry error on your part. We have sent you all the supporting documents proving our good faith (order form, customer account statement, etc.), and after testing all the site's functions, we have found no fault with the system. As errors can also sometimes be human, this may be due to a simple oversight on your part!
