Order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The gift wrapping was present. The bag is beautiful and in perfect condition. I'm taking off one star because the color isn't exactly the same as in the photos, but since I really like the bag, I kept it anyway.

Very good site and the bags offered are of high quality. Great communication and careful packaging ???? I have a small problem with my last order, for which I specified that the bags should not be wrapped and that I should enclose the gift wrapping paper so that I could see the bags before I wrapped them. Unfortunately, my message was not respected and I received all the bags already wrapped. As a result, I had to unpack everything by tearing the paper, which means that it can't be reused :(

After a telephone exchange, I appreciated the responsiveness and friendliness of the person in charge of the site. Sizes are indeed indicated in the description, even if the photos provided by the brands (in this case LANCASTER) can be misleading. Other models were offered as replacements, although they were quite different in style and color, and in the end I'd leave the choice to my wife. As for the deplorable delivery, that's the responsibility of chronopost and the indelicate delivery man ... unfortunately increasingly common.

To do this, first fill in the delivery address of your item, then uncheck the box: " Use this address for billing too" located below the address you have filled in, you can then create a billing address different from the delivery address.

Very fast delivery. The items look like new, but when the packaging was opened, a knot was made in the shoulder strap of the 2 bags which distorted them. Too bad for the same bag bought directly on the Lancaster website at the same price, I had the Lancaster packaging to offer the bag.

Received the bag this morning. Delivery impeccable, well informed by Colissimmo. I like the bag, but disappointed for 2 things: the size, not indicated on the site and seemed much larger on the model.the color: darker than on the site. But I'm keeping it anyway. The color is hard to do better on a website, but the size, you have to indicate that, not complicated.

Hello and thank you for your opinion, concerning the dimension you will find it in the "additional information" part on all the product sheets below the "description ", as regards the color indeed it varies according to the lighting and the screens, the color closest to reality is in general that of the article taken on the mannequin, without flash nor artificial light.
