The product is not finished. One of the 2 outside pockets is still sewn and an inside pocket is missing. Order placed on Saturday, processed on Tuesday some sites are faster. This is my first order on this site, a little disappointed but that can happen. I'm waiting to see the after-sales service and return policy, which will make the difference. I hope to have a bag that corresponds to the description on the site.

Perfect. I ordered an Eastpack backpack, which I couldn't find anywhere else. There was a little processing snafu.
