Big problem with delivery in Belgium by DPD. The deliveryman never came to our home. It arrived at a relay point that wasn't a relay point, and was dropped off at a private individual's home at another address. It was only because this particularly helpful and honest individual phoned me that I was able to collect the parcel. As for the product itself, it was perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Ordered a gold Virgin Darling bag. I was a little worried because the price was attractive. I placed my order and two days later I received the famous bag. The bags arrived in excellent condition and were as lovely as they looked online. However, I awarded only two stars for the following reasons: the extortionate shipping fee (£~60) and the import duty/tax (£83.78), which although was my responsibility to know beforehand, Noix D'Arec didn't even think to inform me of this additional fee. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the bags but dissatisfied with the service.
