Big problem with delivery in Belgium by DPD. The deliveryman never came to our home. It arrived at a relay point that wasn't a relay point, and was dropped off at a private individual's home at another address. The bags arrived in excellent condition and were as lovely as they looked online. However, I awarded only two stars for the following reasons: the extortionate shipping fee (£~60) and the import duty/tax (£83.78), which although was my responsibility to know beforehand, Noix D'Arec didn't even think to inform me of this additional fee. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the bags but dissatisfied with the service.
