I have not received my order, so I cannot rate you.

I am voluntarily reducing the note because I did not receive a reply to a message requesting an explanation. Due to a missing product on the previous order, a €10 discount was to be applied automatically. This was not done and, above all, there was no reply to my message.

Tea expiration date too close. This has happened before with chocolate.

Several messages sent without response. A promo code that was impossible to enter because, strangely, the dedicated space didn't work. And reduced shipping for orders under 1kg is only valid for two items.

Order arrived late despite costing €10 for express delivery. An expired and crumbling product... Frankly, it's disgraceful.

The pack of gluten-free beer arrived broken in a soaked cardboard box. I had to refuse it!

Insufficient packaging and protection of fragile products (glass bottle packs). Breakage inevitable.

I paid a supplement (nearly 10) for my order to arrive the next day before 1pm (order placed on Friday) but I didn't receive my parcel until Tuesday. What a disappointment! We're a hotel restaurant and our customers didn't have their products available.

One week for delivery, and half the products are missing. If this is due to an out-of-stock situation, I would have liked to have been informed at the time I placed my order and not by a stealthy note inside the parcel telling me that I would receive the rest of the parcel shortly (I still haven't received anything and no news from our meilleurescourses.fr despite having contacted them by email). Customer service to be reviewed.

Catastrophic and unreliable

To my great regret I have not yet received the parcel, there is a serious problem with Kiala. It is therefore likely that I will not repeat the experience for perishable goods. I hope the milk chocolate arrives (if it arrives at all) in good condition.<br />

Little or no tracking - no one seems to notice that the order has not been dispatched and therefore undelivered...

I was pleased with the speed of delivery, as well as the 3 chocolate bars as a gift, but not with the state in which I received my products (packets of crackers). They were very tightly packed (not to say compressed) in a small box, and as a result a good proportion of the crackers were crushed and in crumbs... i was disappointed to have received products whose expiration date had passed. fortunately they quickly agreed to send me back the products concerned.
