Hello, I really appreciate your business for the quality of its products and, until a few months ago, for the regularity of your supply. But for the past few months, certain products are always or almost always out of stock, and they're usually my favorites, which is a shame.

Very good concept, but a few unpleasant surprises on delivery, such as smaller quantities than agreed. Delivery by chronoposte that doesn't call as it's supposed to... to be reviewed!

Hello, We are sorry that you are not satisfied. We systematically provide credit notes and/or refunds on missing products due to shortages, sent to the mailboxes provided at registration. problem with items ordered: one packet of quinoa ordered, received one packet of chickpeas. I ordered brown cane sugar, but received light cane sugar. I had chosen this site because it had all the items I had chosen. What a shame.

As part of our commitment to a more environmentally-friendly and fair-trade diet, Nos Meilleures Courses has decided to stop working with brands distributed by supermarkets. In order to continue offering fair-trade products that provide a decent income for producers, we are proposing an alternative via the LES JARDINS DE GAÏA brand. Excellent quality products and responsive customer service, but the delivery was a real problem. The first time the parcel was full of oil... so we refused it. A new one was sent to us and again the box was full of oil, one of the seals was broken at the top and there was oil on the seal... I think the seal was already broken when I packed it... but it's clear that the delivery drivers aren't paying attention. The driver took the parcel and turned it upside down, unbelievable! Clearly something to be improved here...
