The site is good...but there are too many out-of-stocks; we place an order for an association, and the customers get discouraged and go elsewhere to stock up; they won't be able to reorder easily afterwards.
The site is quite ergonomic and user-friendly, sometimes it seems that there are a lot of products "pas dispos", it's not clear why. It's a shame that organic Mascobado sugar is no longer available. Thanks for the melliflower seeds" I'll be sure to sow them for our friends the bees. 🙂

The goods I ordered were replaced by other goods on the pretext that they were no longer in stock, whereas at the time of ordering there was sufficient stock. I didn't receive any order confirmation or e-mail asking if I agreed to the replacement. So I had no recourse. No reaction to my e-mail asking for explanations. Just a request for an estimate to which I put the minimum ...obviously...
