The only pity is that we lack choice in the products. As we like vegetarian and vegan products, we found out about this site when we were looking for the faux gras; where we made a mistake by ordering 2 bags of dried apricots instead of 2 faux gras... we were surprised when we opened the box. Too bad...

One small downside, for the coffees. The indication "ground" is not written on the descriptions, so you should know that by default it's ground. This caused me to make a mistake when ordering.
I paid a supplement (nearly 10) for my order to arrive the next day before 1pm (order placed on Friday) but I didn't receive my parcel until Tuesday. What a disappointment! We're a hotel restaurant and our customers didn't have their products available.

Flimsy packaging: the box opened a little but I didn't lose anything, just "sowed" a few wedge flakes when I brought the parcel back from the post office.

In order to avoid you having to resort to questionnaires, I suggest doing an analysis on the frequency of products bought once, or several times, etc.
It's simple, your quality monitoring department could do that.
