Several products are not in stock and the site does not indicate this.

Order received in 24h. The missing products were replaced by their equivalent in better (weight, quality).
And those which could not be replaced were compensated by a voucher of higher value.

The "cora" organic products already tested are very good, and obviously the alter eco products are excellent.

Very good transaction, good contact with the service provider, fast delivery and the item was completely compliant.
Everything was perfect, except for the scotch tape fastening on the large 26kg parcel, which wasn't strong enough (fortunately the post office redid it). Even though Colissimo parcels are accepted up to 30kg, this parcel was not delivered by the letter carrier (to whom I spoke) because it was too heavy to be delivered on a single delivery round (collection to be made at the post office). Perhaps another carrier could be used for parcels over 20kg?
I picked up my groceries at their boutique and was very pleased.
I got to know the team and it was a pleasure. I'll be recommending it on their website and I'd recommend it to anyone.
What's more, they're close to the environment and monasteries (values I hold dear).
