It's a pity the deliveryman didn't give me a call to let me know when he'd be there. The package was left with one of my neighbors, which worked out fine, but I would have preferred to pick it up myself.

The only downside was that I had requested a delivery before 11:30 or after 14:30 and the parcel was delivered to me around 12:30 in the middle of restaurant service. I was rather angry because I had stipulated the times.

I was pleased with the speed of delivery, as well as the 3 chocolate bars as a gift, but not with the state in which I received my products (packets of crackers). They were very tightly packed (not to say compressed) in a small box, and as a result a good proportion of the crackers were crushed and in crumbs... A bit frustrating not to be able to offer them to guests!

Concerning over-packaging, we have to arbitrate between damaged or broken products, and too much cardboard which is also unpleasant for you. You can always mention at the end of the order if you want less cardboard or recycled cardboard.
