The requests were not respected compared to our initial order (tea in bags instead of loose tea / Wrong quantity of a coffee). Volumes are good but we would have preferred to be contacted to approve changes before delivery

Quick and satisfactory processing of the order, correct packaging. Only one thing to complain about concerning the Post Office: the colissimo delivery announced on Saturday 19/04 only took place on 23/04...the bank holiday doesn't excuse everything!
