Great site for buying fair trade and organic products. The choice of products could still be improved for a greater diversity but the rest is perfect. Delivery in a timely manner, packaged as requested by a friendly team. The sales staff are attentive to our needs and don't hesitate to give personalized advice by e-mail, and sometimes we're lucky enough to get a free sample in our parcel.

For my first order, I was able to benefit from an excellent quality of service.
Having opted for on-site collection, the welcome and contact with the team were very pleasant. I was given a detailed presentation of the products and the general concept of the store.
Some of the products are not only original, they're excellent! I'm thinking in particular of the veggie pâté I was given as a welcome gift (or as a reward, since I came by bike!). In short, this pâté offers all the flavours of a traditional pâté, with healthy, low-fat ingredients to boot.
So I left very satisfied and look forward to repeating the experience in the near future!
Despite entering an advantage code (TRIODEC), chocolate not received. An oversight, no doubt.

I am very disappointed by the delivery, in addition to the fact that the deadlines were not met (2 days late), the main package was not delivered, I had a notice to pick it up at the post office when someone was home all day and in addition we have a janitor who takes packages (which happened for the other package), so I lugged the 500m from the post office with this package that weighed quite heavy. If there isn't a firm commitment to time and delivery I wouldn't recommend
Hello, thank you for your message. Your parcel has indeed been delivered late for several reasons:
- Every day, La Poste collects our parcels at 4pm, so orders placed after 4pm can only be processed the next day.
- Regarding the delivery notice, we will pass on the information so that the letter carrier can ring at customers' homes to make sure they are present.
- Lastly, our system for calculating delivery times did not take into account weekends, and in particular Sundays when the Post Office does not operate (something we will also correct).
