If there isn't a firm commitment to time and delivery I wouldn't recommend
Hello, thank you for your message. Your parcel has indeed been delivered late for several reasons:
- Every day, La Poste collects our parcels at 4pm, so orders placed after 4pm can only be processed the next day.
- Regarding the delivery notice, we will pass on the information so that the letter carrier can ring at customers' homes to make sure they are present.
- Lastly, our system for calculating delivery times did not take into account weekends, and in particular Sundays when the Post Office does not operate (something we will also correct).
Please accept our apologies for the complications this has caused.

Fast and good customer service
Conforming goods delivered as expected. Excellent choice. Only one problem: impossible to pay with MasterCard, the site does not react to this choice of payment method.
