Hello, orders are sent out most of the time the same day when they reach us before 2 pm. Yours arrived later, so it left on Friday, to be received on D + 2, i.e. Monday. As for the bag of quinoa, as soon as we learned of the problem, we immediately sent you a new one. We will take greater care to seal bulk bags tightly.

The note to the deliveryman was on the invoice, in the box, so obviously he couldn't read it...
