Please excuse us for the missing product, a credit note rounded up to the nearest euro has been credited to your customer account.
Also, concerning the 3 other "expired" products, they were DESTOCKING products with a DLUO (Date Limite d'Utilisation Optimale, not to be confused with DLC: Date Limite de Consommation) close to or slightly exceeded.
We took the initiative of creating this "Destockage" department so as not to waste products that are still quite delicious.
However, your comment urges us to redouble our efforts to highlight the DLUO of these products.

I appreciate being able to buy fair trade products (in particular) that are close to or just past their best-before date, so there's no health risk: for a modest price, this helps avoid food waste.
I also appreciate the possibility of buying products made in France.
Nevertheless, the origin of organic products could also be better specified.
